Transport to GabrovoRailway and bus transport. There are regular bus lines to Sofia, Veliko Turnovo, Gorna Oryahovitsa, Kazanluk, Troyan, Tryavna, Sevlievo, Apriltsi, the Shipka Pass and a lot of other smaller settlements and recreation zones. The bus station is in the central part of the town (tel.: 066 23277, 25577). Gabrovo is the last station on the railway line of Vurbanovo - Gabrovo, a branch of the main line Russe - Gorna Oryahovitsa - Stara Zagora - Podkova. All trains stop at Vurbanovo Station and through it Gabrovo is connected to the national railway network. The telephone number of the railway station is 066 25301. There is a town bus transport, too.
