Sanctuaries of the BogomilsIn the Rila and Pirin Mountains as a rule, these are areas of high altitude (above 2000 m) and of high magnetic energy. Bulgarian doualists, whose followers are the Bogomils, being Tangrists and Christians at the same time, have build their own sanctuaries at these remote places due to the pursuit by the Orthodox Church. Later on the Bogomils were expelled from Bulgaria and they lay the foundations of the White Brotherhood, of the katars and albigoyans in Western Europe.
